Information We Handle

Information you enter in the App, including medication and medication-adherence information, is stored on your device. If you sign in and use synchronization, your account information and selected App data are securely transmitted to our cloud service so they can be synchronized across your devices.

The App uses Google Firebase for analytics and crash reporting. Firebase may process App usage and technical diagnostic information. We do not intentionally send medication content to Firebase.

If you contact us through the App, we receive the message, any contact information you choose to provide, and limited technical information needed to investigate the issue.

How We Use and Share Information

We use information only to:

• provide synchronization and reminder features;
• maintain and improve the App;
• diagnose problems and respond to support requests; and
• protect the App and its services.

Information may be processed by service providers that provide authentication, analytics, crash reporting, cloud hosting, and customer support. We do not sell personal information or use medication information for advertising.

Retention and Deletion

Local information remains on your device until you delete it, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App.

Cloud information remains while it is needed to provide the service or until you request deletion. Signing out does not delete synchronized information. To request deletion of your account and cloud information, contact us at the email address below.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted transmission and restricted access, to protect information.
